This Privacy Policy explains how IPlay Interactive Pvt. Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our games and apps (the "Services"). It also covers games released under NiM, a brand we operate, when they link to this policy.

Our games do not require an account. We do not ask for your name, email address, or password in our games. We may automatically collect the following information:

Some games use outside services and software development kits (SDKs). They may collect data for us or for their own purposes. These may include:

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To operate, maintain, and improve our games and Services.
• To understand how people play and improve the experience.
• To find and fix bugs, crashes, and other technical issues.
• To show ads and measure how they perform.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.
• To protect the security and integrity of our Services.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data that does not identify you, including aggregated data, in these circumstances:

• With the analytics and advertising partners described in Section 3.

• To protect the rights, property, or safety of IPlay Interactive, our users, or the public.

We keep automatically collected data for as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, typically up to 24 months after collection. We then delete or anonymize it. We may keep aggregated data that cannot identify you indefinitely for analysis.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we collect from unauthorized access, changes, disclosure, or loss. No electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our games are available in different countries. Your data may be processed or stored outside your country of residence, where privacy laws may differ. By using the Services, you consent to these transfers.

We may update this policy. We will change the "Last updated" date above when we do. Please check back occasionally. If you continue to use the Services after a change, you accept the updated policy.
