Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and IPlay Interactive Pvt. Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"). They apply to your use of our games, apps, websites, and related services (the "Services"). They also cover games released under NiM, a brand we operate, when those games link to these Terms.

By downloading, installing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be at least 13 to use the Services. If you are between 13 and 18, or below the age of majority where you live, you may use them only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

If you follow these Terms, we grant you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to download, install, and use our games and apps on your personal mobile device for your own entertainment, not for commercial use.

You do not receive any ownership rights in the Services.

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any of our games or applications.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on our Services.
• Use cheats, exploits, bots, mods, or other unauthorized software to gain an unfair advantage or change the Services.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices in the Services.
• Use the Services for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.
• Distribute, sublicense, lease, rent, or otherwise transfer access to the Services to any third party.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services or related servers and networks.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or any systems or networks connected to the Services.

All content and features of the Services, including code, artwork, animations, sound, music, text, logos, characters, game mechanics, interface designs, and trademarks, belong exclusively to IPlay Interactive Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors.

Our Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of Nepal and international treaties. The IPlay Interactive name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of IPlay Interactive Pvt. Ltd. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

Our games may show ads or link to websites and services run by others. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Your interactions with those advertisers and services are between you and them.

Showing an ad or link does not mean we endorse it. Please read the terms and privacy policies of services you choose to use.

We may change, update, suspend, or end any part of the Services at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. This includes:

• Releasing updates, patches, or new versions of our games.
• Adding, modifying, or removing game features, content, or mechanics.
• Ending support for a game, temporarily or permanently.
• Performing maintenance or addressing security concerns.

We are not liable to you or others for changes, suspensions, or the end of any Service.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without express, implied, or statutory warranties. We disclaim all warranties, including:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Any warranty that the Services will always be available, secure, or free of errors, viruses, or other harmful components.
• Any warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content within the Services.

To the extent allowed by law, IPlay Interactive Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, partners, agents, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including:

• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your device or data.
• Damages resulting from any interruption or cessation of the Services.
• Damages resulting from bugs, errors, or inaccuracies in the Services.
• Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless IPlay Interactive Pvt. Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, and agents against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Services, a breach of these Terms, or a violation of someone else's rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.

We may suspend or end your access to the Services immediately, without notice or liability, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms. If we end your access:

• Your license to use the Services will immediately cease.
• You must delete all copies of our games and applications from your devices.
• The parts of these Terms that should continue after termination still apply, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limits on liability.

Nepalese law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes about these Terms fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Nepal.

If a court finds part of these Terms invalid or unenforceable, that part will be changed only as much as needed to make it enforceable while preserving its intent. The rest of the Terms still apply.

We may change these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Please review the Terms from time to time. If you continue using the Services after a change, you accept the revised Terms.
